The 1st RET Team-Backyard12
was a complete success!
The premiere showed us that this finite format – in combination with teams and solo participants – is a really good thing. A truly friendly atmosphere developed, and the participants were very enthusiastic. The idea that the fastest solo participant wins after 12 rounds was also very well received.
Therefore, we decided that the 2nd TBY should take place again next year. We are currently planning for a date in July 2027, but this time over the legendary 100 km, i.e., 15 hours. More information will follow shortly.

First start at 7:30 a.m., last start at 6:30 p.m. Starts are always on the hour, so a maximum of 12 x 6.7 km will be covered, corresponding to a maximum distance of approximately 80.4 km and 1,440 meters of elevation gain. In our Team Backyard 12 , team members don't have to be on the course every hour. Everyone has 12 hours to run as many laps as possible.
